TELECOM KICKS-OFF CANTERBURY BUSINESS ULTRA FIBRE SALES & RESIDENTIAL PILOT

New Zealand’s largest broadband provider Telecom is calling for Canterbury businesses with access to ultra fast broadband (UFB) to get connected to its new Ultra Fibre service. The company has also initiated its final residential customer piloting stage in the region.
Telecom continues to invest in expanding its mobile network across the Waikato with over one million dollars spent which will improve mobile coverage and capacity in Livingston West, Te Miro, Te Kowhai West and Cobham Drive.

Telecom New Zealand announced today that its 4G network will launch on 12 November in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch – and will be available to both prepaid and pay-monthly customers at no additional cost on Telecom’s current plans.
